Looking for a great counter top filter?  Look now further than the Essence Advanced Healthy Water System.  Manufactured by Water Safety Corporation a company that for over 25 years has been making quality filters for other brands, which the industry calls “private label”.

They have finally introduced their own product line called “Essence”. Available in both counter top and under counter filter. The model featured in the photo is their top of the line AHW-35. Most all of us that use a municipal water supply have chlorine or chloramines in our water that is used as a disinfectant. We told that chlorine isn’t bad for us, but is it? The answer to that is you betcha! Chlorine is a chemical that all of us should have removed from our drinking water right before we drink it. You see chlorine is really cheap and inexpensive to use as a disinfectant. So the chances of them stopping the use and going to a non-toxic disinfect is slim and none. So what are we to do?  Remove the chlorine right before simply and inexpensively by using a water filtration system.
